Dr. Bulmanski was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi and raised in Batesville, Arkansas. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Dallas in 2007, Dr. Bulmanski attended Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans and completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2012. After completng his doctorate, Dr. Bulmanski then began his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, serving as chief resident in his final year.

 

During residency, Dr. Bulmanski gained extensive experience in all facets of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including removal of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck, temporomandibular joint pathology, corrective jaw surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction, dentoalveolar surgery and wisdom teeth extractions, and oral and facial rehabilitation with the use of dental implants and bone grafting. Dr. Bulmanski also completed rotations in internal medicine, cardiology, general and trauma surgery, surgical critical care, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and pediatric ENT and cleft lip and palate surgery. Additionally, a significant portion of his residency was devoted to anesthesia training in order to provide the utmost in safety and comfort for his patients.

 

Dr. Bulmanski is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a Board Certified Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

 

While Dr. Bulmanski enjoys all aspects of being an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, he takes a special interest in dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom teeth, dental implants, and corrective jaw surgery.

Dr. Bulmanski and his wife Jenny, a native of Little Rock, are pleased and proud to raise their six children (Joe, Gabe, Genevieve, Roseline, James, and Elizabeth) in the beautiful state of Arkansas. In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. Bulmanski enjoys numerous outdoor sports and activities, reading, studying history, cooking and grilling, and calling the Hogs. He and his family are parishioners of Christ the King Catholic Church.
